1. General
MCI Containers operates from our official website at www.mci-containers.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping guidelines, which are designed to ensure transparency and smooth service for both parties.
Stock Availability:
We work hard to keep our online inventory accurate and up-to-date. However, in rare cases where discrepancies occur, we will ship available items immediately and promptly notify you regarding any backordered products.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Payment for shipping is collected with your purchase and represents the final shipping charge unless otherwise stated.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind requests made within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once approved, refunds will be issued as store credit for the value of the returned goods (excluding original shipping fees). You will receive confirmation by email.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and will be reimbursed once the claim is validated.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your claim within 7 business days. You may choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if in stock).
4. Delivery
- Domestic Transit Times: 2 – 7 business days
- International Transit Times: 4 – 22 business days (depending on the courier)
- Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation
- Change of Address: Delivery address changes must be made before dispatch
- P.O. Box Shipping: Available via postal services only
- Military Address Shipping: Available via USPS
- Out-of-Stock Items: Shipped as soon as they become available
- Delivery Delays: If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact our support team
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real time based on courier updates.
6. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please reject the parcel (if possible). If already delivered, contact our customer service team immediately so we can arrange a solution.
7. Duties & Taxes
- Sales Tax: Applied where required and already included in the product price displayed.
- Import Duties & Taxes: For applicable international orders, these are generally prepaid to avoid customs delays.
8. Order Cancellations
